Enforcement Procedure
The complaint procedure set out in Article 13 of RD 1112/2018 entered into force on September 20, 2020.
Requests for accessible information and complaints shall be submitted and registered in accordance with the requirements established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. This process can be carried out through a general request submitted via the UMH Electronic Office (opens in a new window) or in person at the University’s General Registry and its auxiliary registries located at the campus management centers.
Complaint Procedure: If, once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been made, it has been dismissed, you do not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a complaint to learn about and contest the grounds for dismissal, urge the adoption of appropriate measures if they disagree with the decision made, or state the reasons why they consider that the response does not comply with the required standards.
A complaint may likewise be initiated if the period of twenty business days has elapsed without a response being obtained. This must be submitted and registered in accordance with the requirements established in Law 39/2015, of October 1.
